As a person centred counsellor also qualified in many alternative therapies, I see all individuals as having inner knowing of what they need to heal or overcome life's challenges. 

I provide a safe, nurturing and empowering space for personal growth, supporting and guiding clients to emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical wellbeing. 

This approach is beneficial to clients and counselling professionals through clinical supervision.

My experience and training in clinical and alternative approaches gives me an understanding  to create a truly holistic experience, empowering clients and fellow therapists to own their personal development and healing journey.
